PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: Sept. 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Gambel Communications (“Gambel,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit gambelpr.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us, including through our marketing, events and client work. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site. Questions can be sent to contact@gambelpr.com.
Information We Collect
We collect two kinds of information: what you give us directly and what our systems collect automatically.
Information you provide. When you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise reach out through the Site, we may collect what you submit, typically your name, email address and phone number. We do not ask for or process sensitive information, such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs or sexual orientation, and we do not collect financial or payment information through the Site.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may automatically collect technical information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages and general usage activity. This information helps us keep the Site secure, fix problems and understand how visitors use it. It does not identify you by name.
Information from other sources. We may occasionally supplement what we know about a business contact using public sources, such as a company website or LinkedIn, for the purpose of client and media relations outreach.
How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect to:
● Respond to inquiries and provide the services you request
● Send newsletters or updates you have asked to receive, and let you unsubscribe at any time
● Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
● Understand Site traffic and improve our content
We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold or shared personal information with third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the past twelve months.
How We Share Your Information
We may share information only in limited circumstances:
● With service providers who help us run the Site and our business, such as our email, hosting and analytics providers, under agreements that limit their use of your information to the services they provide us
● If required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Gambel, our clients or others
● In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site and to keep it running smoothly. Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can change your browser settings to block or delete cookies, though some Site features may not work as well if you do. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Our Use of AI Tools
We may use artificial intelligence tools, provided by third-party vendors such as Anthropic, Google and OpenAI, to support our internal work, including research, drafting and content development. Where information you have shared with us is processed through these tools, it is handled under our AI Usage Disclosure, our internal AI Use Policy and this Privacy Policy. We do not use sensitive client information or contact information to train third-party AI models.
Data Retention and Security
We may keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Contact us at contact@gambelpr.com if you believe this has happened.
Your Privacy Rights
If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, such as California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or receive a copy of it, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@gambelpr.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
California residents may also request, once a year and free of charge, information about any personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, under California Civil Code Section 1798.83.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to check back periodically.
