LinkedIn’s New Resource

Whether you are job hunting, building your brand or just trying to stand out in your industry – LinkedIn is one of the most powerful platforms for professionals today. But posting content that actually gets noticed? That’s another story. Now, LinkedIn is stepping in with a new tool designed to help.

LinkedIn has launched “Create on LinkedIn” - a mini- site that offers a range of posting tips, best practices and examples to assist users in enhancing their content on the platform. It’s designed to guide professionals in crafting more engaging and effective posts.

The site covers different aspects of content creation, including tips on writing compelling headlines, choosing the right visuals and understanding the best times to post. It provides examples of successful posts to illustrate these practices and ways to use your analytics dashboard to inform your strategy for future success.

Using your analytics can help inform your path forward. Create on LinkedIn suggests starting a routine – regularly check your impressions and engagements to identify any trends in how they are performing over time. Next they suggest refining your schedule – adjust post times and frequency to find out when your audience is most engaged. With analytics you always want to be reviewing them in order to benchmark and set new goals for yourself, whether that is daily, weekly or monthly. Finally, once you understand which posts are performing best – and a what times – you can build and evolve your posts so you are sharing more of what drives impact and adjusting how you share posts that didn’t perform as well.

LinkedIn is looking to empower its users to share content that resonates with their audiences. There is an increasing importance of personal branding and professional networking online and LinkedIn plays a big part of that. This mini-site is part of LinkedIn’s broader effort to support users in maximizing their presence on the platform.

Users can visit the mini-site directly through LinkedIn’s platform - https://members.linkedin.com/create#creator-tools or by searching “Create on LinkedIn” online. It is accessible to all LinkedIn members looking to enhance their content strategy.
